This is a great way to start planning the future of your business. In addition to directed work, these follow-up sessions are designed with enough time to reflect, review progress, address questions, and provide feedback. A strategic planning document is provided and updated after each meeting.

Recommended for executive boards, staff strategy sessions, and small group collaborations where a facilitator is desired. I will provide a customized agenda based on your input prior to this workshop-style session. A final draft summary is submitted to the group within 5 days of the strategy session for feedback and final revisions. All final changes are implemented into a finalized document.
